Meet Noelle, a beautiful and timid girl who was rescued from a construction site along with two other companions. She's still decompressing and learning that she is finally safe. Noelle is soft, sensitive, and sweet, but still a bit apprehensive as she learns to trust. She will blossom with patience and love in a gentle home that understands shy dogs and will let her open up at her own pace. Noelle is getting the care she needs and is ready for someone who sees the quiet magic in dogs like her.

Transportation

Noelle is located in Victoria, BC. Approved adopters are matched with flight companions traveling from Puerto Vallarta. You will meet your new pup at the airport. During summer months, it may be challenging to secure Canadian flight companions, so dogs may need to fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border. Volunteers have successfully helped bring dogs to adopters at the border during summer, making this a great option to keep adoptions moving forward.
