• If you rent, a copy of your lease stating pets are allowed is required.
• If you've had a pet in the last two years, provide that vet's information (including the name on the account).
• If you haven't owned a pet in over two years, provide a personal reference.
• We will review your vet reference and do a virtual home visit.
• You will be contacted within 24-48 hours on weekdays.
