Ms. Happy Woody

Hi there! My name is Woody, and I'm a young and energetic Jack Russell Terrier mix, born in August 2024, weighing around 20 lbs. I'm spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and I'm in great health and ready to find my forever family! I may not remember all the details of my past, but I know I was given a second chance, and now I'm hoping someone will believe I'm worth loving forever. I wake up excited for each day, ready for running, exploring, chasing my favorite ball, and going on long walks. I'm happy to retrieve toys endlessly, but I also love to curl up for a cozy nap beside my people or my dog friends.

Ideal Home

I thrive in a home with another friendly dog, as canine companions give me confidence and help me feel secure. I also love children!

I am spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. I am healthy and ready for my new home.

Training & Support

I walk nicely on a leash, am fully potty trained, and love my crate as my own special space. While I've made wonderful progress, being alone is still a bit hard for me, and I sometimes worry about being left. With another dog or a patient, understanding family willing to help me build confidence, I know I'll continue to grow stronger and braver. I don't need a "perfect" dog, but someone who understands that rescued hearts need reassurance and won't give up on me.

Transporation

I am currently in Vancouver, BC, and will be available for adoption there starting July 25th. I can also travel to Washington or Oregon if my perfect family is waiting for me there.
