Canela is a beautiful 9-month-old Pit Bull mix with a heart full of affection and a spirit full of adventure! She's a friendly and active girl who loves to play and explore, but she's also a champion cuddler who enjoys lounging and receiving belly rubs. Canela is eager to please and has already mastered "sit" and "paw," showing a gentle nature when taking treats.

Canela is located at the Howard County Animal Control and Adoption Center, 8576 Davis Rd, Columbia, MD 21045. Animal Viewing Hours are:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Closed at 2:30 PM the last Friday of each month)
• Tuesday & Thursday: 1:30 PM - 6:45 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Closed on county observed holidays and holiday weekends.)
