Zaffre

Meet Zaffre! This handsome 5-year-old Mastiff/Pit mix is about 85 lbs of pure love and goofiness. He's been with us for about two weeks and has been the best house guest. Zaffre came to us from a situation where he was one of eight dogs and had experienced neglect. Despite his rough start, he's settled into home life beautifully and continues to show us just how special he is. He's a big, goofy lug with the sweetest soul, curious about everything and taking it all in with wide-eyed wonder.

Zaffre deserves a loving, patient forever home where he can continue to learn, feel safe, and be cherished.

Ongoing Health

Zaffre was neutered last Friday and is recovering very well.

Training & Support

Zaffre is about 90% potty trained, with a few marking accidents noted in an unfinished basement. He can pull on the leash when he really needs to go, but he responds well to correction and clearly wants to do the right thing. He is treat-motivated with no signs of food aggression.
