Kiko

Kiko is a charming 17-pound Shih Tzu, approximately 5 years old and neutered. He's a housebroken and well-mannered indoor companion, ready to fill your home with joy and loyalty. Kiko is very sweet, loves all people, and is confident in public places. He also enjoys car rides! While he used to bark excitedly at other dogs on walks, he's been working on it and is showing improvement, though he'll need continued training to maintain these gains.

Ideal Home

Kiko would thrive in a home with a fenced yard and a family that is home most of the time. He enjoys children, but due to resource guarding with other dogs, he cannot be placed in a home with other dogs, cats, or children under age 10.

Ongoing Health

Kiko is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Kiko is working on his excitement reactivity towards other dogs on walks and is showing improvement. Continued training will be essential to maintain these positive changes. He is also noted to be selfish about his resources around other dogs.
