Amy

Sweet Amy is a 1 1/2 year old, 38 lb bundle of love looking for a quiet and laid-back home. She's a beautiful mix of Australian Shepherd and Boxer/Pit, with a heart as big as her playful spirit! Amy spent her first six months outdoors with her littermates, which has left her a little shy and awkward at first. However, once she trusts you, she becomes a devoted and loyal velcro pup. She's completed a 6-week training course and is great in her crate while you're at work. Amy rarely barks and has a very playful nature.

Ideal Home

Amy would do best in a quiet, laid-back environment. She's not quite sure of men yet, but with patience and understanding, she could learn to love them. Due to her shyness and tendency to jump when excited, she is not a good fit for homes with children or seniors. She is also not a good fit for homes with small dogs, as she can jump around a lot.

Amy is up to date on vaccines, spayed, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Amy has completed a 6-week training course. She can be a bit shy and awkward initially due to her early life experiences. Continued positive reinforcement and patience will help her build confidence.
