He was found in a dire condition, emaciated and with his legs bound, but thanks to love and dedicated medical care, he has transformed into a healthy, robust dog weighing 30kg. His journey from a neglected pup to a racing competitor is a testament to the power of a second chance. Rio's trainer, Roy, speaks highly of his performance, where they impressively secured 5th place in a recent race. This athletic spirit means Rio needs an owner who can confidently manage a strong breed and continue his positive reinforcement training and socialization. While he can sometimes challenge other dogs, he has run with some well-socialized companions.

Transporation

Rio is located in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We adopt out dogs to loving homes in Canada and the United States, flying them with a volunteer flight angel to their nearest airport.
