Sydney So Loving

Meet Sydney, a delightful 2-year-old pittie/staffy mix with a smile that could light up a room! Sydney is a true lover, showering her favorite humans with kisses, cuddles, and constant companionship. She's a goofy, affectionate girl with a big personality, and once she bonds with you, you'll be her whole world. Sydney also loves adventures! She's a pro at car rides and enjoys walks, outings, and exploring new places. She's well-behaved on leash and takes in new surroundings with curiosity, often followed by adorable zoomies. Ideal Home

Sydney is fantastic with people of all ages and has been great around children as young as 13 months. While she's very affectionate and can get a little jumpy when excited, families who can gently guide her enthusiastic greetings will find her to be a wonderful companion. She also enjoys having canine friends, especially a medium-energy male dog who respects her space initially. She lives happily with dogs of all sizes and enjoys playful wrestling. Sydney is also cat-friendly and can be a little playful with them, but is easily redirected. She would be happy in an apartment or a house as long as she's part of an active family.

Ongoing Health

Sydney is up-to-date on all vetting, including DAPP vaccines with booster, Bordetella, Rabies, and multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments. She has also been spayed and received flea and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has tested negative for heartworm.

Training & Support

Sydney is a toy enthusiast and enjoys fetch, playing with sticks, and solo play. She has been crate trained, potty trained, and leash walked by our trainers.

Transporation

Sydney is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, and connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page. A $87 surcharge applies for transport. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
