Ideal Home

Newman is searching for a home with a youthful, playful resident dog who weighs at least 50 pounds. This will provide him with a canine mentor to help him settle in and learn the ropes of being a beloved family pet. He also needs a family where someone is home for most of the day, as he thrives on companionship. While experience with Great Pyrenees is a plus, it's not a strict requirement. A securely fenced yard and a well-thought-out socialization plan are essential for Newman's happiness and development.

Ongoing Health

Newman is a young puppy and will require ongoing veterinary care typical for his age, including vaccinations and regular check-ups. Specific health information will be provided upon inquiry.

Training & Support

As a puppy, Newman will benefit from consistent training and positive reinforcement. He will need guidance in house-training and basic obedience. The Great Pyrenees Rescue Society offers lifelong support and advice to help ensure Newman's successful transition into his new home.

• Northwest and Midwest: $225-$350
• Southeast: $250-$350
