Daltyn

Meet Daltyn! This handsome fellow is Mr. Congeniality and is always up for a fun adventure. He had just come in from outside after romping and playing with other dogs in the melting snow, which is why he appears panting, wet, and muddy in some photos and the video. Daltyn is friendly, happy, and generally a good boy who gets along well with adults, kids, and other dogs. He was a stray on death row at the county pound when our rescue took him in as a transfer.

Ideal Home

Daltyn is a social butterfly and would likely thrive in a home with other dogs and with plenty of opportunities for play and adventure.

Ongoing Health

Daltyn was found to be heartworm positive and has since been treated. He has also been neutered.

Training & Support

Daltyn is not yet house-trained, so he will need continued guidance and patience in this area.

Transporation

Daltyn is located at 11764 Hwy. 15, Clarksville, VA. You can visit him and other adoptable animals Monday through Saturday from 12 PM to 4 PM; no appointment is necessary.
