Grizz

Meet Grizz! This handsome 2-year-old Pit Bull mix is about 53 pounds of pure charm and affection. Grizz came to us looking for a second chance, and he's ready to shower his new family with love. He's a playful and active boy who adores long walks and playtime. Grizz is wonderful with other dogs and fantastic with kids, but he is absolutely terrified of cats. He's not aggressive at all, just a bit wary of our feline friends. Grizz is heartworm positive, but please don't let that deter you! His treatment is covered by NAWS, and all he needs is a loving home to complete his recovery.

Ideal Home

Grizz would thrive in a home that can offer him plenty of exercise and attention. He is not a good fit for homes with cats, as he is very scared of them.

Ongoing Health

Grizz is heartworm positive, but his treatment is fully covered by NAWS.

Training & Support

Grizz is not yet house-trained. Consistency and positive reinforcement will be key to his success.
