Meet Rocky! This charming little Japanese Chin was born on May 11th and is ready to steal your heart. Rocky has so much personality and charisma! He's incredibly cuddly, affectionate, and adores attention. He's a very interactive pup who loves to give the sweetest little hugs. Rocky makes eye contact as if he's having a full conversation and is quite the social butterfly. He was the firstborn in his litter of five and certainly seems proud of it, exuding confidence and character.
