Meet Bently!
This handsome six-and-a-half-year-old American Pitbull Terrier is a gentle soul with a striking white coat and golden patches. Weighing about 55 pounds, Bently carries himself with a sweet confidence that is amplified by his unforgettable eyes. He's a devoted companion who knows how to balance playtime with affection, truly shining when he's showering his favorite humans with attention. Bently absolutely adores children and has a blast playing with grandkids, especially with his beloved pull rope! He lights up for playtime and happily trades games for belly rubs – cuddles are definitely one of his specialties!
Ideal Home
Bently would thrive in a home where he can receive plenty of attention and companionship. He's wonderful with young children and enjoys gentle play. While he can be a little shy in new environments, he warms up with patience and kindness. He is neutral around other dogs and would need thoughtful introductions to any canine companions. He tends to keep his distance from cats.
Ongoing Health
Bently's vaccinations are up to date. He will be required to be neutered prior to placement in his new home.
Training & Support
Bently knows "sit" and "come here." While he hasn't attended formal training, he would benefit greatly from positive reinforcement and new learning opportunities. He enjoys walks and exploring. Bently was house-trained in the past, but after spending time in an outdoor space, his indoor potty habits are unknown. With consistency and gentle guidance, he can reacclimate to indoor routines.
