Oliver

Oliver is a playful, smart, and affectionate puppy who loves to snuggle and learn. He's very people-focused and enjoys meeting new people. Oliver is eager to please and looks to his humans for guidance, making him a fantastic companion. He's currently working on leash training, potty training, and crate training in his foster home and is excited to continue his education with his forever family.

Ideal Home

Oliver is a young puppy who needs a family ready to invest time in his training and socialization. He thrives on human affection and needs daily walks and outings to stay happy and engaged. He can be good with children, dogs, and cats with proper introductions, but his enthusiastic play style might be a bit much for very young children due to his big, clumsy paws.

Ongoing Health

Oliver is a young, healthy puppy. He will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines before joining his new home.

Training & Support

Oliver is learning leash walking, potty training, and crate training. He's a smart pup who loves training exercises and will benefit from continued positive reinforcement. Remember that new pets need time to decompress, acclimate, and feel at home, so patience is key.

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• All FOTAS Foster Dogs have spent time in Foster Homes working on training and being socialized with various people and other dogs when appropriate.
• FOTAS can help you with acclimation and training.
• Animals need 3 days to decompress, 3 weeks to acclimate to your routine, and 3 months to feel at home - please give your new pet time!

Transportation

Oliver is currently in a foster home and can be transported to approved adopters within our service area.
