He's living in a foster home in Houston, TX, and is eager to find his forever person. Flacko is a quick learner who genuinely wants to please, and he's already great with dogs of all sizes, showing an impressive ability to read their cues and respect their boundaries. He even got an A++ from Doggie Daycare Playgroups and enjoys snuggling with a smaller puppy friend. He's also been wonderful with his foster's 10-year-old nephew and would likely enjoy having a human sibling to play with. When he's not energetically playing, Flacko loves cuddle time, showing off his adorable belly for rubs, and will happily entertain himself with his favorite toys, especially during pool time! He's house and crate trained and will surely flourish with an experienced adopter who can help him continue to navigate the world with confidence.

Flacko is looking for an experienced adopter who can help him continue to build confidence. While he loves people and has been great with kids, he is still working on his puppy manners, like jumping and pulling on the leash, so he would need supervision around smaller children. He is also very enthusiastic about the foster cat, which may be a bit too much for most kitties to enjoy.
