About CANELO

Meet Canelo, a handsome Pointer who arrived at our shelter in mid-April. Canelo is a super friendly boy who loves his walks! When he came to us, his left eye had some corneal scarring, likely from an old injury. His eye has since been removed, and he's recovering wonderfully.

Ideal Home

Canelo would do best in a home without cats or rabbits due to his high prey drive.

Ongoing Health

Canelo's left eye has been removed and is healing well.

Training & Support

Canelo can have a strong pull on the leash, so he may benefit from some leash training.
