Ongoing Health

Our dedicated medical team ensures all our rescue dogs are in excellent health before adoption. This includes up-to-date vaccinations for common illnesses like Parvovirus, Distemper, Adenovirus, and Parainfluenza, as well as Bordetella and Leptospirosis. Rabies vaccinations are administered to dogs five months and older. Adult dogs are tested for Heartworm, Lyme's disease, Anaplasmosis, and Ehrlichiosis. All adult dogs receive a recent full panel blood test. Eeyore is microchipped with lifelong free registration and has been dewormed for common parasites. He has also received treatment for fleas and ticks. All our dogs are spayed or neutered prior to adoption.
