Tokyo is a wonderfully goofy and energetic young Akita mix, named in honor of a legendary symbol of loyalty. He’s a warm and snuggly boy who loves spending time with his human friends outside of the kennel. Tokyo is always eager to explore and stretch his legs, and he truly shines when he has the chance to play in the yard. He's a curious and friendly pup at heart, though he can be a little shy and may need some gentle encouragement to feel brave and comfortable around new people. When it’s time to head back to his kennel, Tokyo loves a good game of "catch me if you can," happily dashing away with a big grin before you can grab his leash! He shares his kennel politely and has been easygoing when meeting other dogs. Tokyo is dreaming of an active family who will take him on many adventures and help him build his confidence in a new environment.
