Introducing Frankie! This sweet, excited, and extremely smart boy has a personality that's sure to keep you smiling. Frankie is a proud member of our Underdog Uprising program and is truly something special. He loves to play, go on walks, and learn new commands like "Sit," "Down," and "Stay." He's even mastering some fun party tricks! Frankie enjoys strolls through town and taking in all the sights (and smells!). This goofy guy loves everyone, including his dog friends, and is a big fan of fetch, even if he sometimes forgets to use his paws! He's looking for a foster or forever family to be his best buddy.
