Meet Shelly! This adorable ball of energy is a 1-year-old, spayed female Staffie mix who currently weighs around 60lbs. She's always up for an adventure, whether it's a hike or a long walk, and would likely make an excellent running partner. After burning off some energy, Shelly is eager to snuggle up, receive plenty of attention, and enjoy belly rubs. She's a goofy girl who is learning basic manners and picks things up quickly. She already knows "sit" and loves to offer her paw for treats! Shelly is house-trained, signaling her need to go outside by tapping the door with her paw, and she also does well in her kennel.
Ideal Home
Shelly is looking for an adventure buddy and a loving human! While she hasn't met children, due to her excitement around people, she would do best with older, dog-savvy kids. She previously lived with two male mastiffs and did well, but she can be selective with female dogs. For this reason, we recommend Shelly be your one and only pet at this time. We have no information on how she would do with cats.
Ongoing Health
Shelly is spayed and up to date on vaccinations.
Training & Support
Shelly is a quick learner who knows "sit" and is working on other basic manners. She is house-trained and kennel-trained.
