He's a happy, energetic boy who loves making new canine friends and enjoys playing with dogs of all shapes and sizes. Whether it's a game of chase in the yard or a cozy nap after a day of adventures, Voldemort is always ready to have fun. After spending time surviving on the streets, Voldemort is finally learning what it means to be safe, loved, and cared for. Because of his past, he takes his food and treats very seriously and can be protective of his meals and snacks. We can't really blame him—when you've known hunger, every meal feels precious. For this reason, Voldemort would do best in a home without young children. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a goofy personality, a playful nature, and plenty of love to give, Voldemort may be the perfect addition to your family. Ongoing Health

Voldemort is currently available for pre-adoption as he completes his required medical care. We are committed to following all regulations surrounding screwworm. So there may be additional delays in transport and additional medical requirements and cost associated with the ever-changing USDA and FDA regulations.

Training & Support

Because of his past, Voldemort takes his food and treats very seriously and can be protective of his meals and snacks. His new family will need to understand how to manage feeding time appropriately.

Voldemort is currently being fostered in San Antonio, Texas, but is available for adoption nationwide for an additional transport fee.
