Zach

Hi there! My name is Zach, and I'm a handsome Pit Bull mix who's ready to find my forever home. I came to the shelter as a stray, unfortunately, I was found with a heavy broken chain attached to my collar and was severely malnourished. The kind staff immediately took me to the vet, where it was discovered I was anemic and had several bite wounds. I've come a long way since then and with a special diet and lots of love, I'm back to being a happy, healthy pup!

Ideal Home

I'm a little shy with strangers at first, but I warm up quickly with the help of tasty treats. I would love to meet everyone in your home before you decide to take me home.

Ongoing Health

I tested positive for Lyme disease and completed a 30-day cycle of Doxycycline, so I'm all clear! I've also been neutered, fully vaccinated, and my preventatives are current.

Training & Support

I'm still learning, but I'm eager to please! With a little patience and a lot of encouragement, I'm sure I'll be a quick study.
