Zaria

Zaria is an affectionate and loyal girl with a real zest for life! She's a medium-energy dog who enjoys a good play session followed by a nice, long nap. Zaria loves her people and is always eager to make new human friends. She can be an enthusiastic greeter and sometimes forgets her size, so she'd do best in a home with older, dog-savvy children.

Ideal Home

Zaria would thrive in a home with older children (13+) who understand how to interact with a dog of her size. She enjoys walks around the neighborhood and looks to her humans for reassurance and guidance in new situations.

Zaria is part of our Foster to Adopt program for prescription food.

Training & Support

Zaria is an intelligent girl who is eager to please and loves to learn new things. She is fully house trained and crate trained, and she enjoys relaxing in her crate throughout the day and sleeping soundly in it overnight. Zaria benefits from slow introductions to other dogs. She would also be fine as an only dog. An experienced and patient adopter who can continue to provide her with structure and routine will help her be her best self.
