Oreo and Mocha

We are Mocha and Oreo! We are an approximately 2 and 3-year-old bonded female pair. Mocha is an apricot and white Maltipoo (possibly) Shih Tzu mix weighing about 11.5 pounds, and Oreo is a black and white Shih Tzu weighing about 12.5 pounds. We are so grateful to the S.D. Humane Society for saving us and allowing us to stay together, and now we are in the care of All Fur Love. We were raised together and will always stay together! Our foster mommy tells us we are the most adorable pair she has ever seen! We love the adults, children, and other pups in our foster home. We enjoy nap time, lap time, snuggles, and pets from our foster family. We love to play with squeaky toys, fetch, walk on our leashes, and go on car rides. When our leashes and harnesses are brought out, it is difficult to control our excitement – we are wonderful travel buddies! Now that we are on a schedule, we are doing amazing with our potty training. It is very helpful that we go on walks and are let out throughout the day. We are also pee pad trained when necessary. As long as we are together, we are happy!

Ongoing Health

When we arrived at the shelter, we had plastic wrapped around our teeth. Due to the duration the plastic was there, we required dentals. It was suspected that we were searching for food. We are spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, recently vet checked, had our teeth cleaned, and had our bloodwork done.

Training & Support

We are doing amazing with our potty training and are pee pad trained when necessary. We love walks and car rides!
