Meet Theo! I'm a 3-year-old, 75-pound German Shepherd mix with a handsome light brown coat, black highlights, and a striking dark face mask. I've been neutered, fully vetted, and am heartworm-free, so I'm healthy and ready for my forever home.

I was rescued from a tough situation on the median of Hwy 82 with a broken rear leg, but thanks to Dr. Bill's excellent care, it's now fully healed! After a period of crate rest, I'm back on my paws and absolutely love to run and play. I'm a goofy and sweet boy who's house and crate-trained. I get along well with other dogs, enjoy our walks together, and especially love spending quality time with my people. I'm a big fan of fetch, though I might need a little reminder to bring the ball all the way back sometimes! I also make a great watchdog. I can be a bit shy when we first meet, but I warm up quickly and show my true, sweet self.

Ideal Home

I do best in a home with adults or older children. While I haven't met cats yet, I'm eager to find a family who will give me plenty of love and attention.

Ongoing Health

I'm happy to report that my broken rear leg has fully healed, and I'm heartworm-free. I've been neutered and am up-to-date on all my vetting.

Training & Support

I'm already house and crate-trained! I enjoy playing fetch, and while I'm still learning the "return" part, I'm eager to please. My gentle nature and watchdog abilities make me a wonderful companion.
