Meet Gambit — German Shepherd, Part-Time Kangaroo, Full-Time Adventure Coordinator! Gambit is a 3-year-old, spayed German Shepherd mix with an energetic personality and a heart full of love. She approaches every kennel exit like she’s being released onto the field for the championship game and is always excited to start her day. Once geared up in a harness, she walks nicely and is ready to explore the world with her human companion. Gambit still has a lot of puppy energy, making her playful, active, and curious. She thrives on excitement and is always convinced that something fun is about to happen. Daily walks, hikes, games, and enrichment activities will be right up her alley – this girl is not applying for a couch potato position! Gambit can be a little shy when meeting new people at first, but once she warms up, her sweet and friendly personality shines through.

Ideal Home

Gambit would do best in a home with kids over 14 who can respect her space while she settles in. She may also enjoy having a dog friend, but a meet and greet is recommended to ensure their play styles match.

Training & Support

Training classes would be a great outlet for her smart Shepherd brain and would help her continue building confidence and manners while bonding with her new family.
