About Bear

Bear is a sweet and handsome boy who was surrendered to our care due to his owner's health. He's approximately 4.5 years old and weighs over 100 pounds. Bear knows several commands, including sit, come, and heel. He's also a good listener (most of the time!) and knows "stay." He walks well on a leash and absolutely loves to play ball. Bear is a friendly and wonderful family dog. He does best with female dogs but is also happy to be the only dog in the home.

Ideal Home

Bear is a great family dog and would thrive in a home that can provide him with plenty of love and playtime.

Ongoing Health

Bear is up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations and flea/heartworm prevention. He will have a health exam and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.

Training & Support

Bear knows several commands and walks well on a leash. He enjoys playing ball and is described as a good listener.
