He was surrendered with many other labs and is a bit shy due to a lack of early socialization. Steve is slowly blossoming in his foster home and has made great progress. He gets along well with other dogs and absolutely adores playing with toys, often entertaining himself with a game of "soccer" outdoors! Steve is intelligent, athletic, and food-motivated, which helps with his training. He thrives on routine and has learned good household manners despite his timid nature. Once he's comfortable, Steve is a very sweet and gentle companion. We are committed to ensuring the rest of his life is the best of his life, and we hope you can help us make that a reality for him.
