Enzo

Enzo is a handsome 2-year-9-month-old male Cane Corso who weighs around 120 pounds. He came to us in December, along with two other Cane Corsos, after they were rescued from a difficult home situation. Enzo is a large, intelligent guardian who can be a little reserved at first, but once he trusts you, he's incredibly loyal and affectionate. He loves being close to his people and has a sweet, softer side that quickly emerges.

Ideal Home

Enzo needs a home experienced with Cane Corsos or similar guardian breeds, due to his size, breed, and protective instincts.

Ongoing Health

Enzo recently had surgery on both of his knees and is currently recovering in a foster home. His foster reports he is doing very well with his recovery. His new adopter will need to be committed to following his veterinarian's recommendations and continuing his recovery plan.

Training & Support

Enzo has shown positive interest in female dogs, but introductions with any other dogs should be done thoughtfully given his size and strength. His compatibility with cats is unknown at this time.
