Kevin is a 2-year-old, 18 lb terrier mix with a sweet spirit who is finally getting his chance at a happy life. He was rescued in Puerto Rico from a backyard breeder where life was not kind. Kevin can be shy at first and needs time to decompress in a calm, patient home, but he is working hard to trust. Once he feels safe, his gentle nature truly shines. He is fully vetted, neutered, and healthy, ready to find his forever family.
