JJ

Hello, my name is JJ! I'm a sweet, sympathetic, and goofy young lady with the body of a German Shepherd, the sweetness of a Pittie, and the face of a Vizsla. I might be a bit gangly and doofy-looking, but my main goal in life is to make you happy! I originally came from New Mexico, but I've certainly embraced the snow here. I love to lay in it and chew on sticks, though I'm learning that the outdoors is for more than just snacking on wood. My kennel is no problem for me, and while it takes me a little while to warm up to new people, once I do, I give the sweetest kisses! A confident resident pup has helped me realize that humans are pretty great, and I hope to one day show another dog the ropes myself. I think with a little more confidence, I'll do wonderfully! I'm a red brindle beauty just looking for my forever family to give me a chance at the bestest life.

Ideal Home

JJ would likely do best in a home that can help her build confidence. She has shown positive interactions with a confident resident dog and would potentially enjoy a canine companion to learn from.

JJ is young and has no known ongoing health conditions at this time.

Training & Support

JJ is still learning about the world. She is working on her confidence and understanding that the outdoors is for more than just eating sticks. She is kennel trained but needs a little time to warm up to new people.
