Smarty Marty SPC

Smarty Marty is a truly remarkable girl who has overcome so much. She arrived with us feeling broken and defeated, understandably wary of people due to past neglect and hurt. Her foster mom shares, "It's hard to post and talk about her without tearing up because I'm just in such awe of how far she has come. A whole village stepped up to get her here and I want to thank them all." After finding her hero, she's now ready to find her forever family who will love her for exactly who she is.

Ideal Home

Smarty Marty would do well in a home with other dogs. While she can be playful, she can also be a bit rough, so she would do best in a home without small children. She is good with cats, but unfortunately, she is allergic to cat dander. Patience will be a must for an adopter willing to work with a rescued dog, as we don't know her full history.

Ongoing Health

Smarty Marty requires long-term allergy medication and a prescription diet.

Training & Support

She is puppy pad trained and loves her kennel. She also loves to snuggle and will shower you with love!
