Over the years, Royalworth has evolved in both philosophy and practice. Having developed strong lines and a reputation for exceptional miniature longhaired dachshunds, we recognized that while many breeders produce pets, the greater opportunity lies in ensuring the future soundness of the breed itself and its enduring relationship with humankind. With that awareness, we are transitioning from providing companion animals to advancing development-based breeding—producing dogs that strengthen genetic integrity while serving in meaningful roles as Emotional Support Assistants, Service Dog prospects, AKC-Sport participants, and Foundation Stock for the next generation of responsible breeders. We emphasize evidence-based, holistic practices integrating genetics, nutrition, and early neurological stimulation. Puppies remain with their mothers until fully weaned and emotionally balanced, benefiting from extended mentoring that fosters resilience and confidence.
