Kai is an about 5-year-old Miniature Dachshund with a sweet personality and a love for snuggle time and belly rubs. He's doggy door trained, crate trained, and gets along well with female dogs. Kai has been retired from breeding after siring one litter and is now ready for a quiet, loving home. He's up-to-date on vaccinations and heartworm prevention, has been neutered, and his teeth have been professionally cleaned.

Ideal Home

Kai would be a perfect addition to a retired family living a quiet life. He needs a fenced area to run, play, and potty; apartment living is not suitable for him. He would do best as the only dog in the home.

Ongoing Health

Kai is up-to-date on vaccinations and heartworm prevention (Proheart shot). He has been neutered and had his teeth cleaned.

Training & Support

Kai is doggy door trained and crate trained. He is looking for a family who can provide him with plenty of love and attention, as he doesn't do well spending the day in a crate.
