Lovie

Meet Lovie! Lovie and her four siblings were born on January 31, 2025, after their mom, Vallie, was surrendered and went into labor. They've been safely in a foster home ever since. Lovie appears to be a mixed breed, possibly with cattle dog, beagle, lab, or feist in her lineage, but only a DNA test would tell for sure! She is a sweetie who lives up to her name.

Ideal Home

Lovie will be a wonderful addition to a family who will give her lots of love and care. She will be happiest when involved in her family's activities throughout her life.

Ongoing Health

Lovie is up to date on vaccines, has had a fecal test and dewormer, and will be microchipped and on heartworm prevention and flea and tick prevention upon adoption. She is expected to be a medium-sized dog when grown and weighed 18 lbs as of April 12, 2025. All our animals must be spayed or neutered when reaching the appropriate age, and a $50 reimbursement will be sent to the adopter upon receipt of the procedure. The adoption donation also includes a discount for S.T.A.R. Puppy Kindergarten or Canine Good Citizen Class.

Training & Support

Like all puppies, Lovie is learning to be house-trained. Please be patient as this is a learning process.

Transporation

Lovie is located in Murray, KY. We do not fly or ship our dogs. If you are willing to fly to Murray, KY, to pick her up and fly her back in the cabin with you (subject to size restrictions), that would be considered. We do adopt out-of-state, but we do not provide transportation. You must come to Murray, KY, to pick up the dog and fill out the paperwork in person.
