Pickels

Pickels is a sweet pointer mix who was found as a stray. She is about 7 years old and weighs 27 pounds. Pickels enjoys treats and toys and knows the command "sit"! She came to us with a pelvic injury that required surgery. Due to the injury being older when she arrived, she will always have a slight limp, but it doesn't slow her down from enjoying life!

Ideal Home

Pickels would do best in a home without other dogs or cats, as she can be wary of them.

Pickels knows "sit" and enjoys positive reinforcement with treats and toys! We always recommend a dog-meet before bringing home a new family member.

Pickels is located at the Humane Society of Pulaski County at 14600 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock, AR 72210. You can visit to meet her Wednesday - Sunday from 11 am - 5 pm. Please note kennels close for pet viewing at 4:30 pm.
