I'm Rose Lavelle, and just like the soccer player I'm named after, I've got creativity and a powerful surprise in my paws! I'm a playful pup who loves romping with balls and tug toys, and I especially enjoy surprising the resident dog here. I'm working hard on my leash manners and am becoming quite the pro at walking right by your side (just watch your step!). Potty training is going well, and I'm even starting to ring the doorbells to let you know when I need to go out. I sleep soundly in my crate with a blanket, though I might need a middle-of-the-night potty break as I'm still a baby. I'm also a good girl when my foster mom leaves, staying in my crate to be safe. I'm a social butterfly who adores playing with my foster mom's young grandkids, but my foster mom says I can't be left unsupervised with them due to their age. I'm a quick learner and enjoy trying new things like walking on different surfaces, going through tunnels, and even playing the piano! My special quality? I'm deaf! But this doesn't hold me back one bit. I respond wonderfully to hand signals and body language – a gentle touch on my backside usually gets my attention, and a stomp on the floor works when I'm a little further away. I'm eager to learn and shower you with love. Will you be my forever family?
Ideal Home
A home where I can continue to learn and grow. My foster mom notes that I can't be left alone with very young children unsupervised.
Ongoing Health
I am deaf, but this does not hinder my ability to learn and love.
Training & Support
I am working on leash walking and potty training. Hand signals and touch are effective training tools for me. A stomp on the floor will get my attention if I'm too far away.
