About Lucy June Scout

Lucy June Scout is a barely over two-month-old bundle of joy who perfectly balances an adventurous spirit with a sweet, easygoing nature. She's curious without being reckless, affectionate without being demanding, and confidently meets new people and animals. Lucy approaches the world with bright eyes and a gentle demeanor, making her a truly wonderful companion. She's estimated to be around 5 pounds and appears to be a Labrador Retriever and Carolina Dog mix, though her exact breed and age are our best guess. Her foster home has provided her with a fantastic start, focusing on helping her grow into a confident, well-rounded adult.

Ideal Home

Lucy would likely thrive in a home ready for the joy, laughter, and occasional puppy antics that come with raising a young dog. She's happy exploring the world or curling up after a day of adventures.

Ongoing Health

Lucy is up-to-date on all her vetting, which includes DAPP with a booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines. She has also received multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has been tested for heartworms and will be treated if needed.

Training & Support

Lucy is making wonderful progress with her training. She's already using potty pads successfully and is learning to eliminate outside on the grass. She'll continue learning house manners, leash skills, and other basics as she grows, and she's eager to learn alongside her people.
