Muffin is a 4-year-old Shih Tzu/Maltese mix weighing in at 13 lbs. She, along with her companions Elsie and Penelope, are seeking gentle hearts and loving homes. These sweet girls are currently very frightened and need patient, understanding families who will give them the time and space they need to feel safe and begin to trust.

A quiet home filled with love, nurturing, and kindness will be essential for Muffin to discover what it truly means to be a cherished family member. She would do best in a home without young children, as she is fearful and has not been exposed to them.
