Coast's journey began when he was abandoned in the harsh New Mexico desert. Despite this difficult start, Coast has emerged with an unshakeable zest for life, finding joy in every sunny day, every new friend, and every squeaky toy. He truly embodies resilience and a love for simply being alive.
Coast is a delightful blend of spunky energy and deep affection. His eyes sparkle with pure happiness when he's playing with his favorite squeaky toys, showcasing his playful and engaging personality. He's a well-behaved companion, always eager to please, and he thrives on being part of your adventures, whether it's exploring hiking trails, enjoying car rides, or simply relaxing by your side after a long day. Coast is happiest when he's with his people, ready to share his loyalty and unwavering love.

Ongoing Health
Coast's vetting includes DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, along with spay/neuter, flea prevention, heartworm testing and prevention, and micro-chipping.
Training & Support
Coast is eager to please and has a wonderful disposition. He is being prepared for adoption with behavior and medical care, including socialization and basic command training. As with any rescue, continued training efforts will help him become the best dog he can be.

- Adoption and transportation fees range from $100-500.
- For pickups at our Angleton, TX location, there is a $75 fee that includes all vetting.
- Private custom transport routes and destinations are available upon request, with the adopted family assuming financial responsibility.
Transportation
Coast is available for transportation to predetermined locations in VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, TN, KY, IN, IL, WI, MN & OH. Transport buses and vans are equipped with air conditioning for comfort, and onboard attendants provide 24-hour care. You can follow your pet's journey through a private Facebook Event page, with updates and opportunities to connect with other adopters. Your Adoption Coordinator will help you find the closest transport pickup location.
