REX. a.k.a. Rexie the Bestie

Meet Rex, Rexie the Bestie! This tall, dark, and handsome 68lb Black Lab mix, born around September 2020, is a bubbly and outgoing guy who lives to run, play, and earn praise for being a good boy. Rex is a certified snuggler who believes he's a lap dog, happily climbing into laps for some quality time and showering his favorite people with 24/7 kisses. He was rescued as a stray after a difficult start, but he's now ready to share his abundant love with a forever person or people. Rex has charmed everyone at adoption events, even enjoying an outing to an Astros watch party and accompanying volunteers to dog-friendly restaurants, where he was patient and enjoyed people-watching.

Rex is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered.

Training & Support

Rex is kennel and potty trained. He is dog selective, friendly with female dogs, and can be friendly with males after proper introductions.

Transporation

Rex is located in Houston, TX. Transport out of Texas is available to Eastern states weekly and to Western states bi-weekly or monthly. This transport is via third-party ground services using converted vans or buses. Adopters can track the transport using the Life360 app and will receive updates.
