This precious boy recently had a small bout with demodex, a common and completely non-contagious skin condition that many puppies experience as their immune systems develop. The good news? He's already on the mend and his fur is growing back beautifully. He's going to have a gorgeous golden brindle coat when it all fills in. Nothing... not itchy skin, not vet visits, not life's little setbacks... has changed this boy's sugary sweet personality. Pumbaa has the kind of gentle, soulful presence that makes you stop and wonder if there's an old man trapped inside that puppy body. He's thoughtful, affectionate, and wonderfully content to simply be near his people. Then the second you toss him a toy, that calm demeanor switches to "game on!" Ongoing Health
Pumbaa recently recovered from demodex, a common and non-contagious skin condition. His fur is growing back beautifully. All of our dogs are vet-checked, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines before transport. Breed mix and full-grown size are estimated.
Training & Support
Pumbaa is a thoughtful and affectionate puppy with a playful side. Guidance on positive reinforcement training will help him continue to grow into a well-adjusted adult.

Transporation
Pumbaa is currently located in South Mississippi. We welcome local and out-of-town adopters. Virtual meet-and-greets are available for out-of-town adopters. We offer transport to many states in the Northeast, with transports running every 2-3 weeks. The adoption fee includes transport to the city on this listing. We cannot adopt to Rhode Island due to import restrictions.
