Elsa

Elsa is a sweet girl who had a rough start in life, being poorly socialized to humans before coming to us. She's a true princess and has been doted on 24/7 during her foster stay. While she's still learning to trust sudden movements and accepting affection from new people, she's formed a strong bond with one person in her foster home and will likely gravitate towards a preferred person in her forever home. Elsa looks to the other dogs in her foster home for cues on how to behave, like when to eat in her kennel and when to go outside. She's not a big fan of group play right now, but she loves to relax with her chew toys and is incredibly fond of cuddles. She's also potty-trained and a very good girl in her kennel, often found on the bed when it's time to settle down. Elsa is excellent with small animals and children, generally leaving them to their own devices.

Ideal Home

A home where she can continue to build trust and receive consistent affection from a preferred person would be ideal. She does well with other dogs who can show her the ropes.

Ongoing Health

Elsa is up-to-date on her vaccinations, has been spayed, and is current on flea and heartworm preventative.

Training & Support

Elsa is potty-trained and kennels well. She takes cues from other dogs on how to behave. She is still learning to trust unfamiliar people and sudden movements, so patience and gentle handling will be key.
