Chiquita

Chiquita is a sweet, smart, and playful mixed-breed girl, born around January 15th, 2025, and currently weighing about 25 lbs. While she may not be the most conventionally "cute" dog, her wonderful personality shines through! She absolutely loves to run and play with her furry friends and would enjoy a home with buddies to romp with, though she's also pretty independent and would do well as an only dog. Chiquita is a big fan of toys and isn't shy about snatching up treats when she can! She would be thrilled to have a dog park to visit or a yard of her own to play in.

Ideal Home

A home with space to run and play, either a fenced yard or opportunities for dog park visits. She would love to have canine companions but can also thrive as an independent only dog.

Ongoing Health

Chiquita has been spayed and is up-to-date on all her vaccinations, including Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza. She is on monthly heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives and has been microchipped.

Training & Support

Chiquita is fairly well house-trained and is a very smart girl who should learn leash and harness training quickly. She enjoys stealing food and treats, so continued guidance on resource guarding may be beneficial.
