Meet August! This silly 3-4 year old pittie mix girl came to us from a local vet clinic where she was abandoned over a year ago. She's an absolute sweetheart who has never met a stranger! August gets along with other dogs, though she is a dominant girl, so she prefers more submissive canine friends. She's a total beefcake with the silliest zoomies! While she works hard on her leash skills and manners, she awaits a family of her very own to finally bring her home. August is food motivated, loves to run and play, and is a total sucker for a belly rub. She is ready to find her forever home and we promised her that the rest of her life would be the best of her life. Could that be with you?

Ideal Home

August would love a home where she can play and get plenty of belly rubs! She gets along with other dogs, but would prefer a more submissive canine companion.

August is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

August is working on her leash skills and manners. She is food motivated, which will be a great asset in her training journey.

Transporation

August is located in South Carolina and is transported to the northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their new pet. We provide local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.
