Nell is a 5-year-old, neutered male Pitbull mix weighing 58 pounds. He's a truly wonderful boy who was found tied in a backyard before arriving at the local shelter in Houston, Texas. Thankfully, a foster opened their heart and home to him, and he's been a model resident ever since! Nell is an easygoing companion who enjoys both playtime and cuddling. He settles in effortlessly and is happy to be with his people, whether he's playing with his foster siblings, sunbathing, or leaning in for a hug. He's been wonderful with dogs of all sizes and ages, enjoying a good romp but also content to relax. Nell adores people and is affectionate and friendly with everyone, including children and new visitors. He greets strangers with a wagging tail and is calm and friendly. He is also fully house-trained and has excellent crate manners, resting quietly and sleeping through the night. Nell rides beautifully in the car and is a perfect gentleman.

Nell would thrive in almost any loving home. He'd be happy as an only dog or with canine siblings. He's adaptable to families, couples, or single adopters, and would be content with an active lifestyle or quiet afternoons.

Training & Support
Nell is a strong boy on leash and would benefit from continued leash training. Otherwise, he is an incredibly easy dog to live with, smart, playful, affectionate, and independent when needed.
