Tiny Tim

Tiny Tim is a sweet and smart mixed-breed boy, around a year old and weighing 40 lbs. He was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas as a puppy after sustaining a head injury. He has fully recovered but is a sensitive soul who thrives with consistency and routine. Timmy loves to play, especially fetch, and is happy to entertain himself with a chew toy. He gets along well with other respectful doggie friends and is good at moderating himself with smaller dogs. He's eager to please and food-motivated, making him a quick learner of manners and the bell-to-go-outside. He sleeps quietly in his crate at night. Timmy is waiting to be your new best friend and adventure pal, always ready for a snuggle on the couch after a long day.

Ideal Home

Timmy's zest for life makes him exuberant, so he's best suited for families with school-aged children and older. He is too interested in kitties, so a home without cats is recommended.

Timmy has fully recovered from a past head injury.

Training & Support

Timmy is making good strides learning manners and using a bell to signal when he needs to go outside. He is food-motivated and eager to please, which will help with any further training. A dependable routine will help him succeed.

• Approvals are valid for one year and will expedite the adoption process if you see another dog you like.

Tiny Tim is currently in Maine. We offer transport to pre-approved adopters.
