Meet Ghost! This stunning sweetheart is a playful and loving 5-year-old Malamute mix who is looking for his forever home! Ghost is incredibly friendly, happy, and loves to play outside with his people. He's a leaner who adores pets and attention. Ghost walks well on leash, but can get excited and pull at times. He is a sturdy boy, around 75-80lbs, and will need an adopter who can handle his size, strength, and his desire for cuddles!
Ghost has done well with other dogs in our care and came from a home with two other large dogs. He would thrive with another large, laid-back dog or could be the perfect only dog, soaking up all the love. Due to his high prey drive, Ghost should not be placed in a home with cats or small animals. He will do best in a home where his family is around often or can take him along for adventures.
Ghost is an active dog who will make an amazing adventure companion for any lucky, outdoorsy family. He would love a home that takes him on many excursions and has a large yard for him to roam. Anything involving snow brings him immense joy, and while he enjoys a good adventure, he's also a total couch potato!
Although he's a super friendly and cuddly dude, he can be strong and bouncy and needs continued basic obedience training. He has made great progress with house training and absolutely loves to snuggle with his person!
