Bellona is a 4-month-old, incredibly smart, beautiful, and loving Pit Terrier/Labrador Retriever mix who is ready to be your best friend! She is thoughtful, observant, and eager to learn, with a wonderful balance of independence and companionship. Bellona loves attention but can also entertain herself. She's already mastered "sit" and is quickly learning "paw," "lay down," and "stay." She is very food-motivated, which makes training a joy. Bellona is doing great with potty and crate training and follows a structured routine. She's learning impulse control, especially around mealtimes, and shows impressive self-control. Bellona enjoys interacting with other dogs but is learning appropriate play. She would do best with slow, supervised introductions to cats. Families with young children should be prepared to help reinforce polite manners as she can be enthusiastic with greetings. Bellona will thrive with patience, consistency, and plenty of love.
